Nano’s Kitchen – Digital Restaurant & Online Ordering Platform
Nano’s Kitchen is a custom digital restaurant platform developed to give the food business its own branded online presence beyond third-party delivery marketplaces. The website combines menu presentation, food categories, product information, pricing, responsive design and customer ordering interactions within a dedicated web experience optimized for both desktop and mobile users.
Project overview
Nano’s Kitchen was developed as a dedicated digital platform for a growing food business requiring more control over its online identity, menu presentation and customer experience.
Instead of relying entirely on third-party food-delivery marketplaces, the project establishes a branded web presence where customers can explore the restaurant, browse available dishes, understand menu categories and interact directly with the business through a purpose-built interface.
The website was structured around the way customers naturally browse a food menu. Different meal categories and individual food items are organized into a clear hierarchy, allowing customers to move quickly between available options without navigating through unnecessary pages or complex interfaces.
Particular attention was given to menu presentation. Dish names, pricing, descriptions and food imagery are treated as structured content rather than simple static text, allowing the platform to present a growing food catalogue consistently across different screen sizes.
The user interface was designed around a mobile-first customer journey because restaurant websites are frequently accessed from smartphones. Navigation, menu cards, product presentation, call-to-action elements and ordering interactions were therefore optimized for smaller screens while retaining a polished desktop experience.
The project also focused heavily on brand identity. Nano’s Kitchen was given a distinctive digital presentation that separates the business from generic food marketplace listings and gives it greater control over how its products, visual identity and customer message are presented.
The application architecture allows restaurant information and menu content to be managed independently of the front-end presentation. This provides a more maintainable foundation for adding new dishes, updating prices, adjusting categories and expanding functionality as the business grows.
Responsive interface development, structured menu data, customer interaction flows, content management and production deployment were treated as parts of one connected platform rather than isolated website features.
The completed system demonstrates EIH’s ability to transform a traditional food business into a professionally presented digital service platform by combining UI/UX design, web development, structured business data and customer-focused workflows within a single solution.

EIH responsibility
EIH was responsible for the design and development of the Nano’s Kitchen digital restaurant platform, including the customer-facing user interface, responsive layouts, menu architecture, food-item presentation, structured content implementation and overall web-application integration. The development scope included translating the Nano’s Kitchen brand into a digital interface, organizing menu information into reusable structures, developing customer interaction workflows, optimizing the platform for mobile and desktop devices, and preparing the website for production deployment. Restaurant operations, food preparation, menu pricing, availability, delivery fulfilment and customer orders remain the operational responsibility of Nano’s Kitchen. EIH’s responsibility relates to the design, development, configuration and technical implementation of the digital platform.
How the result was validated
A production-ready restaurant web platform was delivered with responsive customer interfaces, structured food categories, individual menu-item presentation, pricing information and customer interaction functionality. Validation included testing responsive behaviour across desktop and mobile screen sizes, menu navigation, food-item presentation, links and customer interaction elements, form behaviour, content rendering, image presentation and general cross-browser usability. The production deployment was also reviewed to verify that the website and associated resources were accessible correctly through the live domain.
